Job Summary

Lead product management for Hermes' AI Platform, overseeing portfolios of AI infrastructure tools, LLM catalog, and agent AI systems. Define platform vision aligned with DOS strategy, structure platform products, and manage lifecycles from deployment to obsolescence. Drive adoption internally, establish KPIs and analytics, ensure governance and security, and coordinate with Run teams for reliable, scalable AI services.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and carry the product vision for the AI Platform in line with the DOS strategy; structure the offering into platform products and services
•Build and prioritize product backlogs based on business value, cross-cutting impact, and mutualization; write product specs, user stories, functional requirements and acceptance criteria (DoR/DoD)
•Animate product rituals: roadmap reviews, backlog refinement, arbitration sessions
•Industrialisation & Service Catalog: build and maintain the AI services catalog (products, APIs, shared tools); define and monitor SLOs/SLA per product; formalize runbooks with Run teams; implement incident management processes; apply FinOps principles
•Adoption & internal go-to-market: drive internal adoption among technical and business teams; define adoption strategy; orchestrate pilots and rollouts; create user documentation; lead onboarding and training; establish feedback loops (NPS, usage analytics)
•Product Analytics & KPIs: define key KPIs (adoption, usage, performance, costs, reliability); implement product observability; build executive dashboards; analyze usage to identify optimization opportunities
•Governance & Compliance: participate in architecture and IA governance committees; define functional/non-functional requirements (security, performance, scalability, compliance); collaborate with Design Authority to ensure IA architecture coherence
•Vendor management: manage IA suppliers (roadmaps, support, pricing, compliance); evaluate and select providers; monitor IA ecosystem (models, platforms, regulations); share market insights with the DOS team
•Communication & Stakeholder Management: present roadmap to stakeholders; document product decisions and governance rules; run IA user forums and practice communities

Key Requirements

•Bac+5 in Engineering, Computer Science, Data, AI, or equivalent
•Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, with at least 2 years on AI/ML products
•Proven experience in Generative AI and LLM deployment in production
•Experience in architecture of AI agents and orchestration is a plus
•Professional English proficiency
