Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead facilities operations across multiple offices and sites throughout the Eastern United States and Latin America, ensuring safe, reliable, well-maintained workplace operations.
  • •Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building systems) and establish consistent facilities standards, processes, and operating procedures.
  • •Manage third-party facilities service providers, including landlords, property managers, contractors, and vendors; develop and monitor KPIs and SLAs, and lead contract negotiations and renewals.

  • •12–15+ years of progressive experience in corporate facilities, workplace operations, corporate real estate, or related functions.
  • •5+ years leading multi-site or regional facilities operations.
  • •Experience managing geographically distributed facilities without relying on dedicated onsite facilities personnel.
