Key Responsibilities

•Own reliability, monitoring, and incident response lifecycle for AI infrastructure services, including AWS deployment pipelines on-call and blameless retros.
•Build automation and tooling to eliminate manual IT workflows and improve deployment velocity across CI/CD frameworks and Kubernetes environments.
•Partner with Infrastructure to extend CI/CD frameworks and with Security & Compliance to integrate surveillance tooling into deployment pipelines.
•Strengthen observability and documentation standards by defining metrics, implementing monitoring solutions, and maintaining technical documentation.
•Develop full-stack applications that power internal AI products and infrastructure using Go or Python.

Key Requirements

•8+ years automating and supporting cloud infrastructure (AWS) and network environments using infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or Salt.
•Experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting containerized workloads with Docker and Kubernetes in production.
•Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language (Python, Bash, Ruby, or Go) and Git-based CI/CD workflows.
•Proven track record leading incident response with strict SLAs, including root cause analysis and blameless retros with measurable reliability improvements.
•Ability to use generative AI responsibly with human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and improve efficiency, cost, and quality.
