Key Responsibilities

•Develop concept design for full-price stores and FOC visual merchandising.
•Maintain window displays and in-store product presentations across stores.
•Plan and design complete store look and feel through visual storytelling while following guidelines and controlling cost.
•Create display guidelines and technical guidelines for VM team and store teams, and create execution manuals/drawings.
•Prototype innovative VM concepts, secure global approval, and coordinate seasonal display planning with Marketing and Merchandising.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Merchandising or a related field.
•3-4 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail Design, or Brand Experience + Spatial Design.
•Strong understanding of retail design, customer journey, and visual storytelling.
•Proven experience conceptualizing and executing window displays and in-store product presentations.
•Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) with knowledge of 3D visualization and AutoCAD/Blender/SketchUp.
