Financial Crime Manager

Lead and scale Paystack's fraud and AML detection capabilities within the Compliance Operations team. Own end-to-end financial crime detection, design scalable controls, manage and develop the fraud/AML teams, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Risk to ensure regulatory alignment and strong performance across markets.
