Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the VP in developing and delivering integrated communications plans across external, customer, internal, marketing, and digital channels.
  • •Coordinate end-to-end communications projects, from scoping and briefing through content development, approvals, delivery, and post-campaign evaluation.
  • •Draft, edit, translate (to Arabic when required), and quality-check communications materials including press releases, key messages, speeches, executive communications, internal memos, email campaigns, annual reports, and marketing collateral.
  • •Manage day-to-day coordination with external PR agency partners under VP guidance, ensuring clear briefs, quality delivery, KPI alignment, and continuous improvement.
  • •Monitor emerging issues and reputational risks, escalating promptly; support issues-management and crisis-communications planning and media/event support for bank representatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (2:1 or equivalent) in communications, journalism, media, marketing, English, or a related discipline.
  • •6 to 8 years of relevant communications experience, ideally in corporate/financial services, professional services, or a communications-agency environment.
  • •Proven experience managing senior stakeholders, complex briefs, and integrated communications campaigns from planning through evaluation.
  • •Strong media relations capabilities, including building journalist relationships and identifying compelling stories to secure positive coverage.
  • •Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English and Arabic, with resilience for urgent media enquiries and sensitive issues.
