Job Summary

Serve as a Customer Advocate by delivering vehicles to customers’ doors using Carvana’s custom car haulers, while providing a great customer experience. Load and unload vehicles, inspect the hauler for safe operation, and complete customer paperwork with thorough notes in the customer tracking system. Maintain a clean driving record and follow Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy in indoor/outdoor conditions.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using custom car haulers and provide a positive customer experience.
•Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and regularly inspect the car-hauler to ensure safe operation.
•Complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
•Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.

Key Requirements

•At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
•Be able to deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors and perform physical loading/unloading and detailing tasks.
•Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods (8+ hours) and lift/push/pull items up to 50 lbs.
•Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
•Must be at least 21, have a valid driver’s license, pass a drug test, and obtain a DOT Medical Card.
