Job Summary

Lead Dyson’s Direct Retail operations for the Americas as part of the Americas Direct Leadership Team, shaping retail vision, strategy, and culture while acting as a P&L owner. You’ll drive growth and profitability across flagship, boutique, and retail/service formats, translate strategic goals into operational and financial plans, monitor performance, and implement operational excellence. You’ll supervise store operations, ensure compliance and customer experience, and coach/lead Store Managers and their teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Shape and regularly revisit the Americas Direct Retail strategy, including network optimization, investment decisions, and testing new store formats.
•Translate strategic goals into retail operational and financial plans to drive targeted growth in customer experience, sales, and profit.
•Influence and support the annual budget process; review financial performance and work with Store Managers on forecasts and targets.
•Implement operational excellence across the Direct Retail network through a structured learning agenda and on-the-ground store/customer insights.
•Supervise the retail operations team and support Store Managers with day-to-day operational decisions, compliance (Security, Health & Safety), and visual merchandising standards.

Travel: High travel

Salary: USD 195,200 - 244,000 annually

•Ability to travel up to 50% and work a varied schedule including nights/weekends and shopping holidays.
