Key Responsibilities

•Assist in all aspects of US international tax reporting and non-US local tax matters, including international tax provision items such as NCTI, FDDEI, and FTCs
•Support the International Tax Manager with international tax provision items and post-merger integration activities
•Communicate technical tax issues regarding foreign subsidiaries of a US-headquartered multinational company
•Collaborate with tax team and other departments and global offices to ensure compliance and coordinated planning
•Contribute to the preparation and review of tax provisions and non-US tax returns

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in accounting or tax is required, CPA preferred
•2+ years of experience in international tax with an appetite to learn other tax areas
•Public accounting and corporate tax experience is a plus
•Experience with filing US Form 5471s and 8858s
•Working knowledge of transfer pricing and Country-by-Country Reporting matters
