Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage a team of technology professionals, including implementation specialists, developers, and trainers.
  • •Set strategic vision, growth plans, and service offerings for the Digital group, aligned with organizational objectives.
  • •Serve as executive sponsor and trusted advisor on large, complex construction and capital project engagements.
  • •Oversee deployment, configuration, administration, and optimization of construction technology platforms, including integrations and data migration.
  • •Establish training and adoption programs and drive change management to ensure successful technology uptake and business process transformation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Architecture, Business, or a related field.
  • •10+ years of experience leading construction technology, project controls, digital transformation, or technology consulting teams.
  • •5+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing consulting, implementation, or technology delivery teams.
  • •Experience supporting large-scale construction, infrastructure, industrial, energy, transportation, healthcare, or commercial projects.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading software implementations, systems integrations, and enterprise technology deployments.
