Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly manage, mentor, and build a high-performing internal digital workplace team with performance goals, career trajectories, and resource allocation models.
  • •Govern outsourced service providers by enforcing contractual obligations, driving performance reviews, calculating service penalties, and leading continuous service improvement.
  • •Orchestrate a multi-project portfolio of infrastructure deployment, system rollouts, and lifecycle upgrades to deliver on time, within budget, and without regressions.
  • •Serve as the strategic executive point of contact, translating complex operational health and project timelines into crisp, data-backed updates.
  • •Coordinate internal engineering, procurement, regional IT, and external partners to maintain operational synergy during high-visibility rollouts and critical shifts.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years managing large-scale, multi-vendor outsourced IT contracts with contractual accountability.
  • •Proven ability to manage internal engineering squads and deliver multi-project programs using structured milestones and capacity planning.
  • •Strong executive communication and presence to manage conflicting business demands and deliver concise technical narratives to senior leaders.
  • •Fluency in Microsoft M365 ecosystems, Modern Management (Intune/Entra ID), Azure Virtual Desktop, and endpoint deployment to oversee delivery teams.
  • •Data-driven operational skills to analyze engineering metrics, project burndown charts, and workforce performance data to identify vendor slippage early.
