Key Responsibilities

  • •Support NBC Sports production units as first-line 24/7 support, including metadata entry/editing and day-of-air responsiveness.
  • •Assist on-air teams with external media tape loads and equipment loans.
  • •Onboard new clients for content acquisition (Mediashuttle, Latakoo) and digitize physical assets into the NBC Sports MAM.
  • •Manage daily ingest of recorded events (pressers, shows, sporting events) and catalog appropriately.
  • •Monitor storage levels and provide daily support for prioritizing asset restore requests and distributing/retrieving content using digital deliveries (MediaShuttle, DropBox, etc.).

Key Requirements

  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to resolve immediate issues and meet day-of-air deadlines.
  • •Strong attention to detail and responsiveness.
  • •Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in TV Production or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • •Experience in a broadcast and/or post-production environment.
