Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a portfolio of implementations end to end, leading kickoff through go-live with milestone plans, responsibilities, and expectation management.
  • •Perform technical configuration and integration work using AI leverage, including debugging ERP integrations and building AI-assisted configuration.
  • •Train accounting teams on Numeric and how to run an AI-first close so go-live delivers a modern close.
  • •Go deep on Numeric’s Cash-related implementation surface, including transaction matching rules, data feeds, monitoring, and edge cases.
  • •Ensure outcomes-driven handoff to Customer Success by coordinating blockers with Engineering/Product and delivering adopted, documented accounts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of accounting experience, ideally owning a monthly close (accounting manager/technical accounting manager); CPA is a strong plus.
  • •Led complex, multi-stakeholder projects to completion—ideally software implementations or systems migrations.
  • •Strong ERP and systems depth, especially NetSuite, including integrations and how financial data moves between systems.
  • •Strong communication and problem-solving to give opinionated guidance and handle pushback with evidence.
  • •AI fluency with a bias for action, using AI tools in delivery and designing AI-first implementations.
