Key Responsibilities

  • •Treat invoices and ensure compliant expense coding in accounting software (My Easy Order and Share).
  • •Coordinate with suppliers, Area Sales Managers, and Accounting to ensure House compliance for invoice treatment.
  • •Monitor expense follow-ups daily and provide visibility to management to ensure budget respect and achievement.
  • •Own monthly accruals, analyze monthly closing, and perform reconciliation of software data with internal follow-ups.
  • •Build and update budget templates (Capex, Beauty Consultant, Office Charges), consolidate inputs, and contribute to budget strategy and meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Master degree
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in management controlling and finance
  • •Experience with budgeting and expense control processes
  • •Luxury goods or Fragrance & Beauty is a plus
  • •Fluency in English, French and Spanish is a plus
