Job Summary

Lead end-to-end initiatives to win and implement prescription benefit programs for self-funded employers. Manage RFPs, contracts/redlines, implementation with PBMs or carriers, QA testing, and VPS product implementation. Drive market checks and renewals, define project objectives and deliverables with stakeholders, and monitor progress by identifying risks and mitigation strategies. Represent the company externally with clients and partners while maintaining detailed project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the end-to-end process for winning and implementing new business, including RFPs, contracts/redlines, PBM/carrier implementation, QA testing, and VPS product implementation.
•Run market checks and renewal processes for existing business.
•Lead project initiatives by defining objectives, scope, and deliverables with key stakeholders.
•Communicate externally with clients/prospects/partners by sharing updates, requests, and deliverables as a company representative.
•Monitor project progress, identify risks, enforce quality assurance, manage scope/schedule/cost changes, and maintain detailed documentation.

Salary: USD 64,000 - 92,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Prefer 5 years’ experience in pharmacy benefit management (PBM) or related project management experience.
•Bachelor’s degree preferred.
•Thorough knowledge of the Employee Benefits industry and PBM, including interpreting policies and contract documents.
•Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presenting information to insured clients and carriers.
•Proficiency with MS Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
