Job Summary

Perform maintenance, removals, installations, and scheduled/unscheduled inspections on CH-47 aircraft systems, subsystems, and major components. Troubleshoot and install components such as engines, rotors, gearboxes, transmissions, flight controls, and hydraulics. Maintain tools and ground support equipment, update aircraft maintenance forms and records, support operational readiness and maintenance quality control processes, and provide OJT, coaching, and mentoring to RSLFAC personnel. Ensure maintenance operations are conducted safely.

Key Responsibilities

•Remove, inspect, troubleshoot, and install aircraft system and subsystem components and subcomponents, including engines, rotors, gearboxes, transmissions, flight controls, and hydraulics.
•Perform schedule/unscheduled maintenance including PMS, servicing and lubrication, and MOC/MTF support functions.
•Use and maintain tools, special tools/test equipment, and Aircraft Ground Support Equipment (AGSE) and Peculiar Ground Support Equipment (PGSE).
•Prepare, review, and update aircraft maintenance forms and records; enter and maintain maintenance data to support operational readiness.
•Provide On-the-Job Training (OJT), coaching, and mentoring to RSLFAC personnel and support safe maintenance operations.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 37.59 - 64.04

Key Requirements

•Two (2) years’ experience as an aircraft mechanic on CH-47 series aircraft.
•Successfully completed and be qualified by the appropriate U.S. Government armed forces CH-47 aircraft mechanic maintenance course or civilian equivalent training.
•Proficient in computer-hosted interactive technical manuals and aircraft maintenance forms or similar aviation maintenance management systems.
•Professional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including effective customer communication.
•Must be a citizen of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
