Job Summary

Senior product leader driving foundational generative AI capabilities for Adobe across image and video, partnering with researchers and product teams to translate creator needs into market-ready features. You’ll set roadmaps, define requirements, evaluate quality, cost, and latency, and differentiate Adobe’s GenAI offerings while aligning with multiple product areas and surface teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and lead the roadmap for core generative AI capabilities across various customer segments and product areas.
•Work alongside model researchers to guide research direction, set quality benchmarks, and transform early-stage capabilities into market-ready requirements.
•Develop deep customer insights by interpreting needs from creative professionals, creators, and business users into strategic decisions.
•Work with Adobe product partners to guarantee smooth integration and tangible customer results.
•Build an evidence-based view on quality, cost, and latency, making strategic tradeoff decisions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
•7+ years of product management experience, particularly in AI/ML or research environments.
•Strong technical knowledge to engage with model researchers about architecture, quality metrics, and tradeoffs.
•Authentic understanding of varied user requirements and the skill to convert them into practical approaches.
•Strong influencing and communication skills to drive alignment across teams.
