Manager/Fraud Management

Manage the enterprise Fraud Management (FM) policy and control framework to continuously detect, prevent, and mitigate fraud across Etisalat’s products, services, subscribers, and partners. Own monitoring rules and FM roles/responsibilities, keep fraud risk insights current, and collaborate with other departments to define recommendations. Deliver dashboards and reports to management, sponsor fraud systems and tools projects (including AI/ML), and coordinate with external stakeholders such as the Telecom Regulator and law enforcement.
