Job Summary

Develop AI-enabled autonomy software for tactical, communications-constrained (DDIL) environments, building intelligent agent behaviors and multi-agent coordination. Design and implement edge-based AI and machine learning models, and create software that helps autonomous platforms coordinate, share information, and operate effectively in denied, disconnected, intermittent, and limited settings. Integrate, test, and validate capabilities using modeling, simulation, and experimentation while collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a STEM degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field.
•Proficiency in Python and experience with at least one language such as C++, Rust, or Go.
•Experience developing or integrating AI/ML applications, including deploying machine learning models in real-time or edge computing environments.
•Knowledge of distributed systems and concurrency, especially software designed to operate in communications-constrained (DDIL) environments.
•Familiarity with tools/technologies such as ROS/ROS2, Docker/Kubernetes, or agent-based autonomy frameworks.
