Job Summary

Support Naval Radar programs within the Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities team by developing and executing test plans, troubleshooting hardware/software/system issues, and integrating components into tactical systems. Collaborate across disciplines to improve performance, analyze data, verify requirements, and communicate results. This is an onsite role at RTX in Marlborough, MA with travel up to 10% to test sites, vendor locations, and customer facilities.

•Develop and implement test plans, procedures, integration, and verification documentation in simulated and real-world environments.
•Identify and resolve hardware, software, and system issues through detailed data analysis and debugging.
•Integrate hardware and software into tactical systems, evaluating functionality and impact.
•Collaborate across functions to drive performance improvements and resolve system issues.
•Develop integration documentation, verify requirements, and communicate results to leadership and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a STEM degree and a minimum of two (2) years of prior relevant experience.
•Experience in systems hardware, systems integration, and/or systems test.
•Experience working in an integration lab or test facility, or in the field supporting integration and/or verification.
•Experience with RADAR or Radio Frequency (RF) systems.
•Experience with DOORS, Rhapsody, Cameo, or other digital engineering tools.
