Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • •Engage customers and maintain a friendly, easy-to-shop sales-floor environment.
  • •Build daily client relationships and resolve guest needs quickly to ensure satisfaction.
  • •Partner with store leadership to review reports, support action plans, and target deficient areas and growth opportunities.
