  • •Drive quality prevention and root-cause problem solving to achieve customer and regulatory quality requirements.
  • •Ensure on-time delivery by optimizing production planning, scheduling, capacity management, and supply chain collaboration.
  • •Achieve productivity, cost reduction, and profitability objectives by managing budgets, capital expenditures, and operating expenses while driving Lean/Eaton Business System initiatives.
  • •Lead and develop a diverse, engaged workforce through talent growth, succession planning, coaching, and execution of site H5 operational KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline.
  • •5+ years of leadership experience as a Plant Manager or equivalent senior manufacturing leadership role.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading complex manufacturing operations and delivering SQDICP results (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity).
  • •Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Eaton Business System principles is preferred.
  • •Strong financial and operational acumen, including working knowledge of manufacturing systems and operational excellence methodologies; proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with SAP/manufacturing ERP systems.
