Manager - IT Product Management

Lead IT product management by bridging business stakeholders and IT technical teams to align customer services solutions with organizational goals. Serve as the primary IT point of contact, gather and communicate requirements and feedback, and coordinate priorities. Manage user acceptance testing and cutover planning, ensure timely service delivery, facilitate translation of business and regulatory needs, and drive continuous improvement through incident management and service performance oversight.
