Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a team producing architectural design solutions and construction drawings.
  • •Manage a group of architectural staff, lead project meetings, and coordinate other disciplines on multi-disciplinary projects.
  • •Perform internal reviews and quality checks of models and drawings to ensure compliance with BIM standards.
  • •Research materials, products, and technologies required for design and incorporate them into details, specifications, and other documents.
  • •Provide technical and administrative oversight to meet cost, quality, and schedule targets; manage project financial planning and staffing, and communicate with clients.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Registered architect in Ontario (OAA), or eligibility to be registered.
  • •7+ years experience in a similar role.
  • •Familiarity with both Provincial and National related standards and codes.
  • •Knowledge of BIM principles & workflows, Revit software, AutoCAD software, Microsoft 365 environment and Bluebeam.
  • •Experience with visualization software and Adobe Creative Suite (asset).
