Key Responsibilities

•Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver municipal road projects that enhance mobility and safety.
•Drive operational excellence by managing financial performance, resource allocation, and project delivery against revenue and profitability goals.
•Champion client relationships by ensuring exceptional service and supporting long-term partnerships.
•Mentor and develop talent by implementing career development plans and succession strategies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 112,100 - 162,800

Key Requirements

•Degree in Civil Engineering and eligibility for a Professional Engineer license in Ontario.
•10+ years of experience in engineering and project management for municipal road design projects.
•At least 5 years of experience in leadership roles.
•Proven ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and schedules while maintaining quality and safety standards.
•Expertise in business development, client engagement, and proposal preparation in an engineering consulting environment.
