Key Responsibilities

  • •Support overall safety of the area and the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of production deliverables.
  • •Conduct thorough product quality checks according to specified instructions and standards throughout production.
  • •Report production disruptions or deviations to the manufacturing group leader for swift resolution.
  • •Operate and oversee relevant machinery, tools, and equipment and execute standard and complex production tasks per instructions.
  • •Propose and implement improvements to enhance quality, productivity, and the work environment, while maintaining records for daily production and pilot runs.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, vocational training, or equivalent education.
  • •Experience in manufacturing environments such as welding, assembly, or mechanic.
  • •Experience leading teams with up to 20 people is preferred.
  • •Ability to work mandatory overtime, including Saturdays and 10-hour shifts.
  • •Ability to perform minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements for Production/Assembler roles, with or without accommodation.
