Key Responsibilities

  • •Grow new clients and expand existing relationships with clients holding investable assets over $50,000, executing a consistent sales process and financial plan.
  • •Host holistic Financial Wellness conversations and complete comprehensive financial plans to uncover investment and banking-related household growth opportunities.
  • •Use consultative sales and assessment tools to deliver needs-based investment solutions and coordinate referrals with banking center staff.
  • •Attain sales production and referral goals by working a book of business, using lead lists, and closing on received referrals.
  • •Coordinate investment product delivery within assigned branches, including in-person coaching and mentoring of branch personnel and client/service delivery support.

Salary: USD 62,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent experience (required) and/or a bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • •FINRA Security Industry Essentials (SIE) upon hire (required).
  • •FINRA License S7 upon hire (required).
  • •FINRA License S66 or S63 and 65 upon hire (required).
  • •Resident state insurance licenses (Life, Variable, and Accident/Health or Life & Disability) (required).
