Job Summary

Own and continuously improve Elastic’s global post-sales revenue journey processes across customer onboarding & adoption and renewal expansion. Partner with Sales, Field Engineering, Customer Success, Services, Product, Finance, and IT to standardize onboarding journeys, define success metrics and handoffs, and govern post-sales tools like QuadSci. Lead cross-functional initiatives to simplify workflows, manage change, evaluate new technologies, and establish executive reporting to measure adoption and business impact.

•Experience turning business needs into scalable Salesforce-focused solutions with a balance of governance and ease of use.
•Hands-on experience with post-sales platforms such as QuadSci, Salesforce, Outreach, Seismic, or similar technologies.
