Investment Banking Director or Managing Director, Engineered Components & Industrial Technology

Lead investment banking origination and execution of M&A and other capital markets transactions across sell-side, buy-side, divestitures, capital raises, and fairness opinions. Build trusted-advisor relationships with corporate and private equity clients and drive new business through targeted prospecting. Provide guidance to junior and mid-level bankers on the deal team while supporting referrals to other business lines. Cover heavy machinery, motion/flow control, capital equipment, and industrial technology subverticals.
