Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective customers through proactive outreach and a consultative sales and service approach. Help customers understand and address their financial needs across the customer lifecycle by tailoring recommendations and solutions. Maintain product and process knowledge, collaborate with internal partners to resolve issues, and analyze credit and financial information to align customers with appropriate solutions—while following risk and ethics policies.
