Job Summary

Safely and efficiently support warehouse operations by receiving, verifying, and shipping PepsiCo beverages and related materials. This role performs check-in/check-out and record keeping (BOLs, receivers, pick tickets), counts and inspects products, and manages pallets and load outs using automation systems and paper/voice pick processes. You’ll troubleshoot automation issues, operate material-handling equipment (including forklifts), and follow food safety and GMP guidelines to ensure accurate quality and inventory.

Key Responsibilities

•Verify accuracy and quality of products received from vendors and shipped to customers.
•Perform check-in/check-out duties and maintain proper records (BOLs, receivers, pick tickets) per warehouse standard operating procedures.
•Count and inspect returned goods, and ensure accurate pallets/load outs and inventory counts using required pick processes and systems.
•Operate warehouse material handling/moving equipment and other machinery, including required safety and pre-trip checks.
•Troubleshoot automation system issues, perform basic cleaning/maintenance, and follow Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety rules.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED is required.
•Must be able to pass the forklift skills assessment and safely operate PBV Material Handling Equipment.
•At least six (6) months of forklift experience preferred.
•Computer/Human Machine Interface skills and mechanical aptitude.
•Good math, reading, writing, and communication skills; ability to count large quantities and follow procedures.
