Job Summary

Own and drive the execution of strategic customer programs for AMD’s Embedded Business, coordinating cross-functional teams (silicon design, platform product management, software development, performance benchmarking, applications engineering) to enable customer product launches and ensure timely milestones, risk mitigation, and strong stakeholder communication across Tier‑1 customers.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and drive enablement execution of strategic networking customer programs, ensuring milestones are met, action items tracked and closed, and technical issues resolved.
•Manage post-design-win customer launches to achieve best time-to-market and platform entitlement.
•Report internal and external execution status and communicate with customers on schedule changes and next steps.
•Develop and deploy lightweight processes to improve execution focus and efficiency, and lead process adoption among other program managers.
•Coordinate with cross-functional teams and AMD executives to sponsor critical customer needs requiring large resources and budget investments.

Key Requirements

•Engineering degree in EE or CS
•minimum 10+ years proven experience in engineering or program management
•strong execution and customer management skills
•excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
•extensive experience enabling customer product launches and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams
