Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and execute landside infrastructure projects per AAI contract conditions, technical specifications, and approved drawings.
  • •Plan, schedule, and monitor works for terminal forecourts, access roads, parking facilities, boundary walls, drainage, and utility networks.
  • •Coordinate with AAI Engineering (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical), Operations, Commercial, Safety, Security (BCAS), and external utility agencies.
  • •Ensure compliance with AAI Engineering Manuals, CPWD specifications, National Building Code (NBC), MoRTH (where applicable), and local statutory requirements.
  • •Oversee project progress, quality, cost control, safety/traffic management, contract administration (variations/claims/disputes), and end-to-end handover with as-built documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute/university.
  • •Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience executing and managing large infrastructure or urban development projects.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in airport landside infrastructure (roads, parking, drainage, forecourts, or utility services).
  • •Proven familiarity with AAI procedures, CPWD specifications, GFR, and public procurement/tendering processes.
  • •Knowledge of DGCA, BCAS, and MoCA guidelines and statutory approval processes; PMP or PRINCE2 is an added advantage.
