Job Summary

S&OP Manager Europe owns and evolves the monthly Sales & Operations Planning cycle across all European omnichannel revenue streams, interfacing with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Distribution. You’ll own inventory KPIs, consolidate forecasts, present scenarios to leadership, and drive process improvements and tooling modernization across multiple channels from the Geneva HQ.

Key Responsibilities

•Run the monthly S&OP cycle across six channels, leading channel preparation meetings and consolidating inputs for leadership review.
•Consolidate the corporate forecast and present scenarios with risk and opportunity assessments to senior leadership.
•Own inventory and KPI reporting, track deviations, and communicate shipment forecasts to Distribution Centers.
•Diagnose current pain points, propose a clear improvement roadmap, and collaborate with analytics to modernise tooling.
•Build trusted partnerships with channel Directors, DCs, and global stakeholders and tailor communication to the audience.

Key Requirements

•Around 7–10 years of progressive experience in supply chain, combining inventory/supply planning, demand planning, and direct S&OP management.
•Background in apparel, fashion, outdoor, or another seasonal business with long lead times.
•Solid technical skills: proficient with Excel, experienced with ERP systems (SAP or equivalent), and comfortable with forecasting tools.
•Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and operating in a cross-functional, matrix environment.
•Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
