Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of program or project management experience, including at least 2 years managing enterprise-level SaaS, enterprise software, or professional services implementations.
  • •Ability to manage complex, multi-solution programs simultaneously, often with remote resources and global teams.
  • •Strong collaborator management skills across organizational levels, from project teams to C-suite sponsors.
  • •Experience working with internal delivery teams and third-party partners, including Systems Integrators (SIs) or global consulting firms.
  • •Proven ability to identify, raise, and drive resolution of program risks and issues in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
