Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and perform pre- and post-coating operations on production, overhaul, or developmental parts.
  • •Set up, adjust, and operate manual and numerically controlled auxiliary equipment for coating operations.
  • •Assist with new part process tryouts, run test pieces, and re-operate rejected parts per repair instructions.
  • •Check work visually and with gauges.
  • •Perform masking/demasking, clean coating chambers during changeovers, do minor fixture repairs, and complete routine servicing per procedures/checklists.
