Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and complete global category strategies for Gas and Chemical (including chemical filters, gas purifiers, gas detector parts, and chemical pumps).
  • •Align with global facility collaborators on standardization, alternative sourcing, and value engineering opportunities.
  • •Lead bidding, price-book negotiations, and long-term agreements with key OEM and non-OEM suppliers.
  • •Drive ITS (Improvement to Spend) savings through volume consolidation across TW/SG/JP and other applicable regions.
  • •Manage supplier qualifications, performance scorecards, business continuity plans, and supplier development for cost, quality, and lead time improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • •Proven experience in strategic sourcing, category management, or supplier management (semiconductor, chemicals, or facility process systems).
  • •AI proficiency with demonstrated AI knowledge and expectations of AI adoption.
  • •Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
  • •Experience in EPC / construction package sourcing is a strong plus.
