•Lead performance marketing channels (Search, Shopping, YouTube, TikTok) and collaborate cross-functionally on Meta, Affiliate, lifecycle, and influencers
•Build new growth and automation systems using AI tools to eliminate manual work and increase marketing efficiency
•Analyze campaign performance, interpret KPIs, and work with performance/data teams to optimize campaigns
•Prepare accurate reports with synthesized insights and actionable next steps
•Develop and refine targeting/copy/assets and testing structures based on performance

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience with at least two of Google, YouTube, Meta, and TikTok Ads with proven success for direct-to-consumer brands and budgets above $1M/year
•Analytical mindset with creative intuition, fluent in both metrics and emotion
•Experience building automation/tools with AI (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, n8n) for Marketing/analytics
•Experience with analytics tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, Mode, Hex, Tableau, SQL, Amplitude, Google Search Console, keyword planner)
•Capable of working independently, proactively creating plans from the ground up
