Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end incident handling for assigned markets, including triage, coordination with internal teams, and escalation when processors are unresponsive.
  • •Coordinate downtimes with the Ops Monitoring team based on on-call status, ensuring timely escalation, communication, and service restoration.
  • •Manage PIBADIFF and RFBADIFF workflows, investigating transactional discrepancies and driving closure with Business Assurance.
  • •Execute “no capture/cancel left behind” reviews and generate Jira tickets for countries; investigate settlement differences and provide auditable rationales.
  • •Run urgent payment method turn-off processes and coordinate stakeholder mitigation; troubleshoot with processors/acquirers/APMs/card schemes/issuers and support go-lives with credential readiness and testing.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in payments operations, business continuity, incident management, technical/service operations, reconciliation, or a closely related field.
  • •Practical experience investigating and resolving operational incidents in a time-sensitive environment.
  • •Working knowledge of payment processors, acquirers, APMs, issuers, card schemes, banks, merchants, and payment integrations.
  • •Experience working with external partners and managing support tickets, escalations, service levels, and follow-ups.
  • •Strong documentation, ticket-management, evidence-retention discipline, and proficiency with Jira and Slack.
