Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, update, review, and maintain training documents, records, and folders for squadron Chief Training Officer (CTO) approval.
  • •Set up student gradebooks in Microsoft systems and prepare gradebooks for closeout; perform regular gradebook checks for syllabus compliance.
  • •Prepare AETC Form 904 Training Summary for approval.
  • •Interface with Host Aviation Resource Management (HARM) or Squadron Aviation Resource Management (SARM) personnel to update ARMS and ensure tasks are accurately reflected in TIMS/GTIMS/TMS when needed.
  • •Coordinate with scheduling and deployment managers to ensure crewmembers are scheduled for ground/ancillary training and pre-deployment training requirements are met.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience working in a DoD operational flying unit.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • •Ability to operate Computer Based Training and Integrated Management System (TIMS, GTIMS and/or PEX).
  • •SharePoint websites and communities of practice; Microsoft Access is highly desired.
