Job Summary

Drive growth of commercial payment volumes by selling Visa working capital and B2B acceptance solutions to corporate treasury and supplier stakeholders. Build and manage a portfolio of top B2B suppliers in Dubai/region, develop acceptance deals, and identify expansion opportunities through partnerships and relationship management. Use analytics and deal modeling with internal teams to optimize acceptance environments, and provide active leadership within the B2B Acceptance organization.

Key Responsibilities

•Sell commercial card products, platforms, industry partnerships, and solutions to drive commercial payment volume.
•Develop acceptance deals with suppliers to position Visa as the preferred method for commercial payments (receivables and payables).
•Build and manage a portfolio of top B2B suppliers and deepen relationships with executive stakeholders.
•Identify and expand B2B opportunities through acquisition, partnership, or relationship management, and execute strategies to move opportunities forward.
•Oversee merchants consultatively to understand card acceptance processes and challenges; drive analytics and deal-modeling in partnership with internal teams.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD).
•Experienced sales and business development professional who can identify opportunities, develop tactics, and manage cross-functional teams.
•Expertise building and managing relationships with stakeholders across large businesses.
•Experience in commercial payments with B2B merchants.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication.
