•Own technical aspects of software development (architecture, design, and development of systems) for assigned applications.
•Perform hands-on development, including writing code and API specs, conducting proof of concepts, and participating in code reviews and testing.
•Drive consistent development practices, including tools and common components.
•Collaborate with technical product managers on blueprints and feature planning, identify opportunities for adopting new technology, and communicate solution design to partners.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Science Engineering, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
•4+ years of professional software development experience delivering enterprise-scale applications.
•Strong proficiency in distributed and multi-tier application development with excellent programming skills in Python (or equivalent OOP languages).
•Hands-on experience building Generative AI applications with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel, including embeddings and vector databases.
•Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems using RESTful APIs, event streaming (e.g., Kafka), and relational/NoSQL databases, plus cloud/container/CI-CD experience (AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker/Kubernetes, Git/Jenkins/Maven).
