Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a portfolio of Drupal and/or WordPress build and support projects, serving as primary client point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • •Lead project onboarding and kickoff, curate prioritized backlogs, evaluate tasks/requests for strategic fit, and recommend alternatives when needed.
  • •Provide quality, budget, and timeline oversight by reviewing work, monitoring/forecasting hours and progress, and flagging/mitigating risks early.
  • •Coordinate internal resources (developers, UX/UI designers, strategists) based on timing, scope, and expertise, resolving blockers with clients and teams.
  • •Mentor and support other project managers by sharing best practices, building repeatable processes, and improving project management workflows.
