Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end testing for Portal releases and enhancements, defining test strategies, plans, and test cases.
  • •Validate portal workflows including patch scheduling/rescheduling, cluster concurrent patching, risk approval/exception management, compliance dashboards/reporting, notifications, and approvals.
  • •Develop and maintain automated regression and integration test suites, performing functional, integration, system, regression, user acceptance, and performance testing.
  • •Validate APIs and backend services supporting portal functionality, track defects, and coordinate with development teams to drive resolution.
  • •Lead release validation and production readiness testing, establish quality metrics and release readiness criteria, and improve testing efficiency through automation and process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •2+ years of software testing experience.
  • •Strong experience in web application testing and enterprise workflow platforms.
  • •Hands-on experience with Agile and DevOps delivery methodologies.
  • •Experience with test management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, or ServiceNow) and API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI).
