Key Responsibilities

  • •Mentor and guide install technicians on system installation and on-site coordination with contractors.
  • •Improve commissioning practices to reduce hours per device and per system using Honeywell techniques.
  • •Apply expert knowledge of Honeywell systems and industry best practices to deliver optimal results.
  • •Install pre-engineered software, perform system checkouts, and commission systems to meet customer requirements; utilize wireless commissioning.
  • •Identify and resolve hardware and software issues, potentially redesigning or re-engineering as needed.
  • •Perform open systems and third-party integrations across BACnet, Modbus, OPC, and LON.
  • •Protect financial performance by supporting change orders and maintaining Honeywell’s scope of work.
  • •Adhere to configuration management policies, backups, and archival processes.
  • •Collaborate with trades, customers, general contractors, and engineering teams to align scope and as-built details.
  • •Assist sales and project managers with surveys, application selection, retrofit opportunities, and presenting solutions to customers and consultants.
  • •Conduct hazard and risk assessments in compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.
  • •Maintain up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Travel up to 75%.

Key Requirements
