Job Summary

Inspect and supervise roads and infrastructure works on a major project in Dubai, ensuring activities follow contract specifications, drawings, and health & safety requirements. Monitor contractor compliance and QA/QC, keep daily records of human/equipment resources, and prepare daily reports to the Resident Engineer (RE) or Assistant RE (ARE). Support correspondences, resolve site issues, and perform measurements/surveying checks for pipes alignments and levels.

•Coordinate with the client project manager during site inspections in the presence of the Resident Engineer (RE) or Assistant Resident Engineer (ARE).
•Ensure contractor compliance with contract documents and standards/specifications.
•Maintain records of contractor daily human and equipment resources; keep inspection and QA/QC records.
•Prepare daily reports to the RE/ARE (works orders, materials delivery, and daily inspection program).
•Assist RE/ARE with correspondences, resolve site problems promptly, and support start-up/commissioning/handover and surveying checks.

•RTA Approval is preferred.
