Key Responsibilities

  • •Document, organize, follow, and manage non-conformities throughout the flowline process, driving closure with relevant parties.
  • •Prepare and conduct FOT meetings to ensure on-time closure of folio points and non-conformities, and lead Internal Quality Gate discussions.
  • •Act as the L1 link for escalations to ACM IIs by attending L SQCDPs, ensuring documented escalations in Tandem.
  • •Create MSN status reports and provide ongoing updates, performing inflow analysis and prioritizing topics for the station.
  • •Record information in Aircraft Progress, define daily priorities with Station Managers, and perform proactive aircraft issue follow-up until resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or technician training in an aviation manufacturing technical field.
  • •3+ years of working experience in aviation-related fields or equivalent experience in manufacturing planning or manufacturing project management.
  • •1 year of working experience in a leading role (preferred).
  • •Eligibility for employment in the US without sponsorship.
  • •Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to act with integrity.
