Key Responsibilities

  • •Charge all provided services using financial categories and related codes for the assigned location.
  • •Obtain and review claim data and services requirements; ensure codes comply with legal and insurance rules.
  • •Coordinate with Approval and Patient Accounts, and with healthcare professionals/providers for approvals and authorization needs.
  • •Double-check charges against medical file entries and billing sheets, ensure required billing documents are completed, and support inpatient/insurance approval workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum two (2) years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a healthcare facility.
