Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure site safety and environmental compliance for MEP infrastructure, meeting local and regional health and safety requirements.
  • •Provide operational expertise for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and associated equipment (pumps, piping, chillers, cooling towers, wiring, lighting, generators, motors, water supply, UPS, switchgear).
  • •Routinely inspect facilities and proactively report problems while maintaining performance measures.
  • •Write and execute MOPs, SOPs, and EOPs; perform daily inspections of critical systems.
  • •Manage spare parts inventory, coordinate scheduled system shutdowns, develop energy monitoring metrics, and support commissioning activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical, or 2+ years of hands-on operations/facilities work experience in lieu of degree (data center experience preferred).
  • •Knowledge of mechanical or electrical engineering principles and systems.
  • •Experience and knowledge of critical systems documentation including Plans, Procedures, and Operations Manuals.
  • •Experience and knowledge of Building and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems and Operations.
  • •Experience with PLC-based control systems and/or Building Management Systems (Client), plus strong troubleshooting and English technical communication skills.
