Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and manage the integrated master schedule (IMS) and production process schedule for the manufacturing facility.
  • •Develop integrated master planning across engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality for module production.
  • •Analyze critical path and network logic to resolve conflicts and communicate changes and rationale.
  • •Plan shop load and dispatch for what gets worked today based on material availability, qualified labor, and open nonconformances.
  • •Measure schedule adherence and earned value versus plan, then re-baseline with risk analysis when the program changes.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years in production planning, production control, or master scheduling in shipbuilding, aerospace, or heavy manufacturing.
  • •Experience building and managing integrated schedules for complex manufacturing or defense programs.
  • •Track and maintain a real integrated schedule against a real build while holding the critical path as material and labor move.
  • •Familiarity with controlled production environments such as defense, aerospace, automotive, or similar.
  • •Fluency with scheduling tools (P6, MS Project, Open Plan, Aurora) and ERP/MES (Forge, Odoo, SAP, Solumina, Oracle), and eligibility to obtain/maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance; must be a U.S. Person.
